It's definitely not survivable in a modern threat environment, nor is it meant to be. The thing is not stealthy at all, and it certainly can't fly high or fast enough to evade modern air defenses.
So I guess perfect for COIN then, its got the hardpoints and loiter time to last entire engagements while providing ISR and precision strike capability. I can see why it would be popular in the Middle East.

The Meteor-260 (流星-260) high-altitude, high-speed unmanned test vehicle. It's modular in design and, depending on test requirements, its engines, intake, and mission payloads can be swapped out. It's basically a flying platform used to verify new subsystems and technologies such as stealth coatings, propulsion systems, seekers, etc. It can also be used to test AI algorithms for drone swarms and manned-unmanned cooperative combat.

One more image of the Meteor-260 unmanned technology verification and test vehicle. This is a pretty big deal.
