I wonder how would the drone helicopter operate on a drone ship. Would it have a hangar which would require autonomous move on deck. Or it would be simple take off/landing and nothing else, no refueling/recharging etc, and it wouldn't be sheltered against environment.

One interesting detail that came out is there was a big argument weather they should keep the huge PLA randle. The group in charge of these J-6 UAVs argue they should be removed, because they argue these are no longer fighter aircrafts but cruise missiles that just happen to be launched from runways instead of tubes. If they are used inevitably ROC will publish videos of people dancing on wreckage on the wings with that big 81 randle for propaganda purposes.
But the bosses argue that they still count as aircraft and should be marked as such. Removing the randles would make it more obvious about their expandable nature and detract from their mission.
