Nah, just experimental shit before something that actually practical enter service, it’s more about getting that idea into soldiers’ mind ,this thing would be unbelievably clumsy if you put a drum on it
Something like a Metal Storm's stacked grenade launchers on that kind of uav could bring an insane salvo of firepower.
I remember pages back there was a drone with twin grenade launchers on a drone. Can't seem to find it though but it seems to be what you're suggesting.

A copy of black hornet drone. From my perspective, dji mavic mini 2 is better. It's far more cheaper, 250g is still lighter than a grenade.
DJI have a commercial FPV called the DJI FPV, anyone interested can buy it for around $1250 usd, or ￥7999 rmb.
