Evotls are the wild, wild west of aviation right now. There are 170 companies doing it across the globe, several in China besides eHang.
It may be applied in the military field, and it can quietly carry a small number of special forces into the target area without the noise like a helicopter.
Is this second image an enhanced version or also raw satellite?
Why do you think these are UAVs? There seem to be a prominent protruding forward fuselage and conical nose ( a shadow is cast ).
The warzone ( biased but) writes that it is possibly an early 6G prototype fighter jet.

For a long shot, it could be the prototype "wingman" for J20B, who knows?
Also the photo shows 3 dark paint J20 and 2 yellow paint J20.
Yes. It can be optionally manned but a pure UAV is doubtful as a pure flying wing is optimally better for stealth. The forward fuselage and nose ( if the shadow is not doctored / ps ) point to a pilot cockpit, no?
