They are labeled "Tengoen Technologies". My guess is that they are mockups/placeholders for munitions or other payloads such as air-droppable supplies for disaster relief.

The WL-2 seems to have some kind of pod on its centreline. Will be interesting to see once we have clearer pictures of it from the side aspect.
