I listened to several of 牢A’s (the guy who started it all) podcasts and I’ve got to say that the majority of the content is less this:

Which makes the whole thing even funnier.
On related note, some of the immigration agencies targeting Chinese people have grudgingly admitted that the killing line exists but only eliminates white and black people, not Chinese people. In fact by the eliminating the fat and lazy natives the killing line helps make space for more Chinese immigrants

The fact that killing line tends to affect Chinese less is again thanks to CPC teaching from youth about how drugs are bad, education is the pathway to moving up in society and you need to be motivated in life and be master of your own fate. The joke is no wonder American from below the killing line don't like the Chinese much - they are bless with a good baseline from that mystery land where they come from and when things get bad or if they need to get patches up medically they just disappear and go back home and then come back to the US better, Necron style.
Even those antibiotics that Alex was giving out (and got told off by local gang leader and had to stop) came from back home IIRC. Hence the meme that no, the antibiotics are not from heaven, Alex is a materialist angel.
Ironic too since Alex is both godfather to that kid and "Allah's child with a heart of gold" according to his local imam.

Apparantly, this is someone big at Central Party School.
