I'm running on an Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5020U CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.19 and, quite frankly, I am perfectly happy with it. With an SSD I see no reason to spend my $ in a new hardware. At least not for the time being.

Unless you are a gamer, or you use heavy graphics like Autocad or similar, a simpler CPU is perfectly fine.

Great to know China is handling CPUs as well. I wonder what is the situation with GPUs.

For web surfing, Word and Excel, movies, etc would be just totally fine, which is fit in most people anyway

The good thing is that it has NVMe SSD. SSD is more important than fast CPU in many cases

For that price, it would be extremely popular in most Asia, Africa and Latin America and perhaps in some EU countries as well

I have an impression that Zhaoxin x86 is only legal to be sold in China, can somebody confirm, please?

Yes yes. Because China will become a a great "Scientific Power" by just mining bitcoin.

Yes because bitcoin is printed from thin air, its not like it requires a lot of electricity...
You can sell bitcoins at a profit, easily recouping the costs of energy.
AI, crypto-currency, immersive metaverse are the next areas of development.

I thought you Bitcoin proponents claim it's the future of money. DeCEnTrALiZEd!

Why would you exchange Bitcoins for USD? Is it because USD is actual money and Bitcoin is just worthless hype?
That is why I'm having a bag of crypto to sell it for more euros later. Given the nature of the fed and ecb printing non stop money it makes sense for westerners to look for new asset affordable assets.

If bitcoin really becomes the new gold and silver China can just sell its manufactured stuff for bitcoins. That the beauty of being a manufacturer economy or at least a minimized financial economy. This is what China did in the past and emptied British silver reserves. Before Britain started imposing opium on China.

China has also been the biggest miner for many years amd given that 18 of the 21 million bitcoins have already been mined Chinese citizens might actually have the biggest bitcoin reserve.

Why would you sell bitcoin for usd? You can sell bitcoin for other currencies, or just buy stuff with bitcoin.
