As one of the core products of Silan Microelectronics, Silan IPM (Intelligent Power Module) series products cover the power range from 20W to 3000W, which can be widely used in air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, inverters, fans, water pumps, and power tools And other applications. As one of the core products of Silan Microelectronics, Silan IPM (Intelligent Power Module) series products cover the power range from 20W to 3000W, which can be widely used in air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, inverters, fans, water pumps, and electric tools And other applications. For example, DIP24 series products, built-in low-loss 600V/15A IGBTs (six) and high-voltage gate drive circuit (HVIC); built-in under-voltage, over-temperature, over-current protection, bootstrap diode and current limiting resistor; fully compatible with 3.3V /5V MCU interface (active at high level); among them, three independent negative DC terminals can be used for current detection. The package body is optimized with DBC design and low electromagnetic interference design, and the insulation withstand voltage is 1500Vrms/Min. It can be widely used in air-conditioning compressors, refrigerator compressors, low-power inverters, washing machines and other product fields. Compared with similar products, this series of products have the characteristics of good high temperature characteristics, stronger short-circuit resistance, and better insulation and voltage resistance.

At the same time, Silan Micro has launched new series of products such as DIP26, DIP29, and SOP37. The SOP37 series of intelligent power modules not only have built-in power switching devices and drive circuits, but also integrate the control unit MCU, which greatly reduces the area of the entire system board, simplifies the board production process, and reduces material costs and processing costs. The system is more integrated, miniaturized and intelligent.

For a long time, IPM (Intelligent Power Module) has been monopolized by Japanese, American, and European companies as the core component of intelligent variable frequency home appliances. In order to break the monopoly, Silan Microelectronics motor power drive team began to design high-voltage drive circuit HVIC in 2007, and began high-voltage power module IPM packaging in 2010. In 2012, IPM products began to be promoted in the white power industry. Most branded home appliance manufacturers have adopted and cooperated in large-scale development, including Hisense, Haier, Changhong, Midea, Gree and other well-known white appliance manufacturers. Relying on its deep technical accumulation in the IPM field, Silan Micro has formed a whole-process system integrating IPM chip design, tapeout, packaging, testing, and system verification, as well as a complete quality control system, and its production scale is leading domestically. Since 2014, Silan Microelectronics has accumulated 50 million intelligent power modules applied to various downstream home appliances and inverter products of industrial customers, including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, range hoods, ceiling fans, household fans, industrial fans, Water pumps, elevator door machines, sewing machines, power tools, industrial frequency converters, etc. have broken the long-term monopoly of major international companies in this field.

The research and development of Silan Microelectronics intelligent power module has been supported by the major national science and technology project. In December 2015, Silan Microelectronics undertook the 02 special "High-speed and low-power multi-chip high-voltage modules above 600V" project, which successfully passed the acceptance of the National Science and Technology Major Special Project Implementation Management Office of "Very Large Scale Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Processes". The smart power module project developed by Silan Microelectronics has also won multiple awards: in 2017, it won the "2017 Hangzhou Science and Technology Progress First Prize"; in 2018, it won the "2017 Zhejiang Science and Technology Progress First Prize"; in 2019, it won "The 2nd IC Industry Technology Innovation Award". On July 1, 2020, the state promulgated the "most stringent" new air conditioner energy efficiency standard "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings of Room Air Conditioners" (GB21455-2019). Under the new national standard, the entry barrier for air-conditioning energy consumption has been greatly increased. The old fixed-speed 1-3 grades and the old variable-frequency grade 3 products will be completely eliminated. The elimination rate of the air-conditioning market is expected to reach 45%, which will force the upgrading of industrial technology. As the main IPM supplier in the domestic air-conditioning industry, Silan Microelectronics has ushered in a historic opportunity to accelerate the "domestic substitution". In 2019, Silan Microelectronics won the title of "Core Strategic Supplier" issued by Hisense and the "Collaborative Innovation Award" issued by Haier. In 2020, Silan Microelectronics won the "Technology Innovation Award" from Midea.

Award-winning product: 32-bit real-time intelligent microcontroller SC32F58128 The SC32F58128 product is a Cortex-M0 core MCU product independently developed by Silan Microelectronics, which is specially developed for motor controllers and numerical control power supplies. It has a wealth of auxiliary computing unit functions and can meet the needs of complex function calculations. The product integrates multi-channel PWM, CAP, QEP, Timer, built-in high-speed and low-speed oscillator, and supports configurable on-chip event interconnection function, which has the characteristics of reducing power consumption and saving system costs. It is mainly suitable for many applications such as variable frequency air conditioner controllers, permanent magnet synchronous motor controllers and AC and DC inverters. Silan SC32F58128 is the first domestically produced air conditioner main inverter controller chip product that has been mass-produced. On December 21, 2020, Silan Microelectronics' 12-inch characteristic craft chip production line was officially put into production in Haicang, Xiamen! The 12-inch chip production line project of Silan Microelectronics is implemented and operated by Xiamen Silan Jike Microelectronics Co., Ltd. The planned project has a total investment of 17 billion yuan. It plans to build two 12-inch features with power semiconductor chips and MEMS sensor chips as the main products. Process power semiconductor chip production line. The first 12-inch production line, with a total investment of 7 billion yuan, has a process line width of 90 nanometers, and plans to produce 80,000 pieces per month. The production line put into production this time is the first phase of the project, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan and a planned monthly production capacity of 40,000 pieces; the second phase of the project will continue to invest 2 billion yuan and plan to increase the monthly production capacity of 40,000 pieces. The second 12-inch production line is expected to have a total investment of 10 billion yuan to build a 12-inch special process chip production line with a process line width of 65 nanometers to 90 nanometers.

In December 2017, Silan Microelectronics signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with the People's Government of Haicang District, Xiamen. Silan Microelectronics and Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group Co., Ltd. jointly invested 22 billion yuan to plan and build two 12-inch 90-65nm special process chip production lines and a 4/6-inch compatible advanced compound semiconductor device production line in Xiamen.

In October 2018, Silan Microelectronics Xiamen 12-inch chip production line and advanced compound semiconductor production line groundbreaking ceremony was grandly held in Haicang District, Xiamen.

In May 2019, civil construction began; in August, the pile foundation project was completed and the main construction started; in December, the main factory building was topped off.

All of ASML's scientists and sources come from the Netherlands. There are absolutely no non-Dutch involved in ASML supply chain at any point ;)

90nm ? Smee has 90nm litho at their websites cetc has 65nm litho.

Jinhua failed because it's tech partner umc withdrew. Cmxt is there. So it's not a big deal

IDM means making its own product I
house. Smic , tsmc provide only foundry service. They don't make their own brand products. They don't design products

The line is made by Chinese eq or also foreign? I mean I hope they won't be sanctioned if foreign eq is also used.
