In future China might be selling military hardware pieces to other countries, but during wartime it will be assisted by China's own battle network and planning system, maybe even on her own server platforms. This means she is also selling/providing services which will enhance battle capabilities as opposed to using those military hard wares on their own without integration.
And off course she is likely to get all the data resulting in her hardware being used in military operations, which no doubt she will analyze for valuable insights/lessons.
