Was there ever a video of the drone mother ship unloading drones?

No. If you're referring to Jiutian, it really shouldn't be called a drone mothership but just a generic HALE UAV with a modular mission bay.

Even most of the CGIs of it "unloading drones" like this (below), is non-feasible to begin with -- at the speeds and altitude that Jiutian would fly at (or indeed, any fixed wing aircraft), they wouldn't be unloading any drones (or other payloads) laterally to the side of the aircraft.
If they did have the ability to deploy "drones" it would likely be relatively compact, folding wing switchblade-esque UAVs that are deployed ventrally from the belly downwards rather than from the side.

It appears that China has deployed several drones to Shigatse Airport, possibly for high-altitude training.
However, the flying-wing-configured drone in Figure 2 doesn't look like a GJ-11.

According to a friend of mine with clear images at hand these are „CH-4 and CH-5, and a J-11. There are also WZ-7s and WZ-10s on the eastern ramps. One of the Tengden twin-tail UAVs is there too.“
