Does anyone know if those are real ID flashes on the sides? I'm wondering if these things are already in active service with some unit.

That's a small surprise to me as well, given the airborne IFV seems to be fairly well equipped with ATGMs.
Either it is not going to be fit with ATGMs (not part of its requirement set), or they may add them on later to the IFV as needed when in service.
Certainly at this stage I cannot identify any obvious ATGM carriage locations (retractable or otherwise) on the turret.
From leaked information most likely the part under the large silvery plate is a small VLS system. It can launch different types of missiles and loitering munitions. Thus adding ATGM to the turret is unnecessary.
I think we've had some imagery of the IFV without the silver cover, and while the angles are not definitive, they did not look like they could accommodate a small VLS there. Having it mounted in the hull, on the side of the IFV covered only by slat armour, seems like a bold design choice too.
Who is the "leaked information" from? Such phrases naturally mean different things depending on who said it and if they have a track record etc.
That said I'm certainly willing to keep an open mind at the idea of it having a small VLS there, but it just seems an odd way to go about giving it a ATGM capability when they could have just designed the turret in a more logical fashion to accommodate it.
