Is there a directive to remove windows OS in the military? I wonder when are they going to stop using Windows.
There is. More than likely you are seeing one screen that has a hacked version of Windows and the rest are running Kylin or something similar. China does have a number of hardened domestic Operating System efforts underway. Most of those appear to be Linux kernel based (developing a completely new operating system from scratch is a mammoth undertaking).

It appears to be slightly bigger than the German Weisel. It's being tested along with other vehicles in the Chinese far west.

The one on the right, looks like a experimental prototype for future MBT vehicle.

NORINCO corporate video from which above screen shots were taken. It appears that in addition to the tiny Weisel-like vehicle, NORINCO is working on an improved ZBD04 chassis, seen in the form of a possible command vehicle.
