This aligns with what was revealed before the Trio: DF-17's accuracy exceeded the PLA's expectations, it can be much cheaper if performance requirements are lowered.

And this company chose to go even further, who would have thought that foamed cement could be used as a hypersonic insulation material

This demonstrates that during wartime footing/economy, they can use common materials to make large number of what would traditionally be considered sophisticated weapons.

i knew last year when they came out with 筋斗云-400 RDE+Scramjet engine, they were going somewhere big.

I woke up this morning and everyone on the military or aerospace weibo were posting this. I would assume they get some kind of orders at this point, because this could significantly lower cost of 1IC strike even more.
