The F414 EPE's thrust to weight ratio is 10.8, not 12.
I think the advanced model refers to WS-19.
My bad. So the thurst is 10.5 tons.
I don't kown who he is , but he has released many first-hand test flight photos. I personally think he has some relation with the military.

That entire bit seems to be way out there. 13t thrust would be 1/3 more than what I expect WS-21 to be. I don't see how that's possible. I think 11t with afterburner and 7t with dry thrust would already be outstanding.
Calling 11t "outstanding" is a bit much, 12+t at minimum is needed for that classification.
