The 0.2362 BPR makes me think this might be just some random test engine. A very fuel hungry one at that.

Okay what's the status of ws15, VCE engine for j36 and ws19 engine now
WS15 likely in LRIP (challenges in ramping up quick enough?).
WS19 in late testing (so quite close to LRIP) i think?
VCE next gen engines probably in earlier testing, yet to even have actual materials set in stone.

But with materials not yet set in stone yet, the current testing of it is in an 'earlier stage' and there is still room for lots of changes.
micro turbine for drones allowing for 20 to 30 hours endurance. This could really make a difference in battle field.
