I remember once reading from the website about how China has already built the Type 095 and put the lot into service secretly.
BTW, It'd be worthwhile to consider what exactly might be on the table with "design and research of the structure of the base of the air inlet of batch 03 of XX-15 engine based on MBD".
Prototypes? Just R&D accomplishments ? What does batch 03 mean ?

Major break through in WS-15 development. Maybe there is something to huitong’s rumor after all.

Cheng Ronghui (recommended channel: China Aero Engine Group Co., Ltd.), researcher, full-time chief of China Aviation Development Group, engaged in aviation engine research and development for more than 30 years, is a senior expert directly in contact with the central government, enjoys the government subsidy of the State Council, and the new century talents Project national level candidates. He made a breakthrough in the development of a major aero-engine; the design of an advanced turbofan engine developed by the company has filled the gap in the development of turbojet and turbofan engines with small thrust; innovatively established the aerodynamics of China's aviation engines. Machine design specifications and design system. He has won one second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, one first prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award, five second prizes, one third prize, and five aviation science and technology progress awards of AVIC; Industrial system labor model title.

AEF50E small turbofan for export UAVs. The naming convention of Chinese engines works as follows:
AE means it's a product of AVIC, F stands for turbofan, S for turboshaft, P for turboprop, G for gas turbine, and multiply the number in the name by a factor of 10 to get its thrust or power. Letter E at the end stands for export
So, AEF50E is a turbofan in the 500-kg-thrust-class from AVIC intended for export.
