I am pretty sure that 857 is Tianshuxing based on multiple sources, including the news report about this exercise.

By the way, a Z-9C helicopter was in the picture, probably from the fifth ship in the flotilla, Type 054A FFG-568 Hengyang, where the photographer was.

7XX were used for sub-chasers and missile boats. I cannot recall new boats or ships given 7XX during the last decade or two.

The last time I saw a new #7XX were for for missile corvette of Hong Kong Flotilla, but I believe they have been replaced by type 056A now.

which is I think it is the same ship. In the report it says 815G, however, I believe all type 815 were with pennant numbers start with 8XX while the other photo that I saw in the net was looks like type 815G and with pennant number 7XX... any information on this? Thanks

As far as I know, all type 815 /815G /815A were assigned pennant numbers of 8XX.

saying in the report that the 792 is the "HAIWANGXING" ship which is the ship name assigned to pennant 852 in many documents/defense pages. Are the PLA-Navy changing their pennant numbers then?
