i have seen too negative remarks so far.. if this will continue then government will surely change some requirements for K-visa. but i have heard this Visa for for exceptional talent from reputed universities. this visa is not meant for low wage workers.

Nothing is wrong with immigrants as long as they integrate, unlike here, Indians love nepotism! But theres quite a few who live just like us normally, its just important not to bring over the "jai hinds" of each country.

Illegal overstaying leads to illegal immigration. Furthermore, if Indians establish shell companies in China, they could create small Indian communities—which are legal—but such Indian-dominated enclaves could potentially undermine social stability.

China had also many other initiatives to attract foreign talent before the introduction of the K visa, including the R-Visa and some exception to certain countries.

what i have heard, this K-Visa for for those young STEM graduates, who actually want to open Lab and conduct research. no one will come illegal. but still give me time i will post complete details here.
