I admit I'm still not used to hearing good news about China from Western media @ansy1968

What's good news to you can be bad news for someone else. China having good news while they have bad news... There's two schools of thought in the US. One likes to portray China as inferior solely so they can feel superior. Chinese are weak while they're strong. Then the flip side is those that need to portray China as a threat in order for the US to take immediate action. You can't make someone a threat if you think they're inferior to you. A contradiction that cannot possibly exist in the same universe. People can point the finger at one another accusing each of being the bad or the evil. One person's evil can be another person's good. How can you tell someone is universally evil to everyone? It's because evil can have two contradictory thoughts at the same time. They're hypocrites by nature and are motivated by one thing... selfishness. That's why everyone hates a hypocrite even hypocrites hate other hypocrites. It's like the saying there's no honor among thieves. That's because every thief knows they're all motivated by their own selfish gain so they know they can't be trusted because all of them will eventually backstab one another until there's only one left to have everything.

I think the lockdown success in China just shows that no one can beat Chinese in "eat bitter"

we can get through anything.
Chinese culture and her people are anti-fragile; looks like all those wars and plagues these past 5000 years of Chinese history had a positive effect on the national and genetic psyche of the nation and her people.

Meanwhile, the amount of salt in the anglo media is enough to power several molten salt nuclear reactors

We expect a 2% growth, very impressive for 2020.

We will know Monday 18 January how much economic growth China has accumulated in 2020 after a 6.8% economic contraction in the first quarter of 2020. China is badly in need for a much bigger economy to be able to withstand a hostile US.

What killed off the Greek gods was not wars where armies fought one another and lightning bolts from Olympus came striking down enemies. What killed-off the Greek gods was people just stopped believing. That's how you slay a God. They cease to exist when people stop believing. That's what you're seeing now.
