Exactly. 100% truth. I saw a demonstration of what JayBird was describing in a self-defense course put on by the San Diego Police about 35 years ago. Those little skinny girls could not stop any attacker. Especially if attacked from the rear. They just don't have the body strength to do so. Their best tactic is to fight dirty as the SDPD put it.
