Chinese food delivery company Ele.me announced that it has been granted air traffic permission to use drones, a designated unmanned air vehicle, to deliver food to customer's doors on May 29, 2018.
The delivery company said the usage of drones will help significantly reduce the capital of manual delivery, both saving the cost and time. It also shows a promising shift in the food delivery industry. [Photo/VCG]
