Y20B is the indigenous engines WS20 - operational
YY-20A is the tanker version with Russian engines - operational
YY-20B is the tanker version with ingenious engines WS20 - not operational ?

the vast majority 20A fitted by D30KP2 under licensed production renamed by WS18 ， H-6 as well

absolutely wrong.

D-30KP2 don't assemble in China under license. Russia didn't allow this. WS-18 is an unofficial copy of D-30KP2 manufacture by China. initially they need some components from Russia but now WS-18 is 100 percent localized with better components.
