Not sure whether no. 11151 will continue to other countries like Myanmar or will return to its home base in the Western Theater.
This speculation is based on China also providing vaccines to other South Asian countries such as Myanmar and Pakistan. This can explain why the aircraft of the Western Theater is used instead of the Central Theater (near Beijing) or the Southern Theater (near Cambodia). There was space available for extra cargo:
