Well, I don't think China would export Y-20 anytime soon, China need much more of Y-20, perhaps in 10 years ... maybe
Also Y-9 relatively new aircraft, only achieved full operational capability in 2017.
The previous aircraft is Y-8 and it has been exported to many countries Myanmar, Pakistan, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, Sudan, etc
China may want to sell or even donate all existing Y-8 series to countries that considered "friends" when Y-9 and Y-20 have reached enough number
