btw antonov has a pretty close working relationship with the chinese aeronautical industry... Xian cliche mostly.

they provided quite a bit help on at least 3 current chinese airplane project.

overhead compartments is full? As for guns, I would be surprised if there have being no guns. Cause that mean they are going to vacation instead of a military drill.

Was that evolution path for the Y-20, interesting. I guess after the plane is revealed we see hints of it everywhere.

I think the help is provided but not significant. The fact, antonov main product share no lineage of their legacy and product hardly convinced us antonov involved in major designing of Y-20. In fact , Y-20 share more similarity to C-17. The fact, its chief designer did not mention anything about foreign helps , tell us Y-20 is virtually indigenous effect. It deploy many advance manufacturing technique like 3-D printing which I think is out of the scope of antonov advise.

Antonov claims that for cruise the wing lets will fold out to maximize aspect ratio while at "critical" it will fold back. presume to lower loads = save weight.

where, for the God's sake, Antonov claims that? have you read anything of Airbus-induced SARISTA program and what exactly adaptive winglet does it study ( and Antonov, as a program partner)?

Does truth hurt your ego? Or probably you can say all Chinese UAV design is also from Russian assist? Oh ya, Russian also needs to buy UAV recently from Israel. Or PLAN 071 LPD has assist from Russian too? Oh, I forget, Russian needs to even buy LHD from France....

Its you who look stupid who think Chinese aerospace shall always be below Russian? If you are not happy , please go back to your Russian forum and spread about the surpremacy of Russian aviation industries.
