Yes US is spreading anti-china propaganda. This is normal in IR. But it is not US fault if China own PR is weak.
China must give up this attitude of blaming others for his own flaws.

China shows how a country doesn't need what you value. Being the second most powerful country in the world without bombing someone to get where China is at is lot more admirable. You ignore that most positive trait that the West can never claim because it doesn't serve your agenda. The only countries that hate China are Western countries that are afraid of losing their place to China or that think they're competing with China on winning Western acceptance. The only thing that will appease the haters is if China surrenders and becomes their slaves.
The only thing you have to know is Americans whine how the world disrespects them. Look at Trump. So what does it say when those things that China should pursue that people like you say are of worth when the country that supposedly has all of those things is complaining how the world hates them? You going to ignore that too?

Marginalized languages simply become unrecoverable.
Same thing happened everywhere in 19-20th centuries. Typically it's a result of a dedicated policy.(check France for example - it was particularly ...brutal there).
For example, modern Russian is quite homogeneous, but even ~150 years ago it wasn't really the case.
It's a shame that it happens nevertheless. Many people don't realize, that even northern dialects among themselves are hugely different, sometimes more than many closely related European languages.
It's not a pissing contest, we don't need to wave our dick all over the place Giuliani style in order for the world to know who has the biggest dick. We let our accomplishments and achievements speak for themselves - that's the Chinese way.

I was out to dinner once with a bunch friends who were Republicans and their girlfriends. If you know Republicans they can be loud and arrogant when they get together and of course everything turns into Republicans versus Democrats. So the subject discussed was Hollywood. They were claiming Hollywood was going down because people don't want to see Democratic political messages in movies. I injected and only said, Avatar... biggest box office in the world! Avatar was a movie Republicans hated for it leftist messages yet the biggest box office in the world at the time. When I uttered Avatar, there was a moment of silence then it was like I threw blood into the waters full of sharks. It was a frenzy of Republicans trying to argue against me. I was dishing out only movie titles that were box office hits that had leftist themes like a machine batting down everything they were throwing at me. They were futile in countering me. Eventually they got tired and the subject changed. Shortly after most of the guys went to the restroom and all of the sudden their girlfriends started getting very friendly and flirty with me at the table. Even a waitress got into the action. Was it because I was a handsome devil where women find me irresistible? No, it was because I showed confidence and stood my ground against a bunch of guys showing too much arrogance. All Asians who beg for white acceptance would never do what I do. The first thing in your heads is that you think white people would not like you daring to argue against them. So you just go along. All you are is a follower. People want to be on the winning side not the losing one. Followers never win. You think women want a follower. No, they want your leader. It's human nature. Are my Republican friends not talking to me now? No, I'm still being invited to do stuff with them. I can tell all those who are trying to school China are just looking for an excuse to hate and put down China with your passive-aggressive advice that you think is what's best for China. It's like when I hear Indians try to spin how the world should declare the J-20 illegal because China is not a democracy and the citizens of China didn't have a say in okaying it. All that bull when it comes down to they're just envious of China and they don't want China to have a stealth fighter when they don't... That's what I see with people who are obviously haters thinking they could give advice for China's best interest. No, it's your selfish interests at play.

You seem to have a love/hate issue with the Western countries. Nobody has to love China because of its positive trait. IR is not love relation.
China achievements is for China, not a way to obtain approval or acceptance from Western countries.
Like PRC gov, you are obsessed with the West specially US. This unhealthy obsession weakens PRC gov as they give more importance than necessary to the relations with US.
