It's ultimately about race but they won't call it that.
I mock this thread because it's logic is thinking that everyone will blindly join together because the US says so. The only reason why the US wants partners in their campaign against China is because they want to spread the pain. That pain is going to hurt other countries more because for the US to control them, they have to be dependent on the US to make money for themselves. China is an alternative to the US for countries to make money. That's the dilemma that foils the US plan being able to gang-up countries against China. Countries want to make money from both. So when the US wants to force countries to choose a side and lose that money they need to maintain their standard of living, that makes it difficult not easy. This world is not like before when the US was the only game in town and can dictate terms to others or else they make no money. Quite the opposite is going to happen. Everything is going to cost them more.
They were too afraid to take on North Korea who they say is the most poor and backward country in Asia. China can do a lot more damage if it wanted to. They want to box China in and there will be a point where China is going to violate all their international laws they have to stop countries they don't like around the world. Their only methods of punishment are economic and military. There will be no economic recourse because they would've already eliminated that in their attempts to pressure China to reform to their liking and we've seen how they were too afraid to take on North Korea when they just had one nuke. So the only thing left is the decline of the US.

First, racism is the most hated topic for everyone in this world. It is not only the white people. But everyone hate racism. Including Chinese themselves. People who like to use racism issue in his topic will be hated by others, specially the one that the racism topic is pointed to, simply because he/she is a racist.
Second, China aims to survive the American onslaught. As you can see, United States use everything to demonize China in their propaganda drives. They want to contain China, and destroy China economy. In this matter, they want to take other countries to their side. That's why there are always China bully this and that in many English news sites these days.
This strategy to contain China is true, if you know how to play "GO" Chess, or in Chinese "Wei Qi" Chess. If you are got surrounded, you died. This reality has been understood by Chinese strategist from the ancient time, as the game is invented by them. That's why, China, like what Wei Qi play dictacted, do their best to get out of the containment.
So what happen if the United States strategy success? Well, your economy will destroyed. You will back to Mao Zedong era of contained again. But this time, you won't survive, as your people have changed. They are no longer those poor people like in 1949. They are rich, and they live decently. If their lifestyle disturbed, they will enrage, and China can really become like Uni Soviet. Broken apart.

I hope that Chinese officials won't rigidly put their mind on Karl Marx, and using it like a holy bible. Because it is really a weakness that they should get rid quickly. It like those ancient Chinese officials who rigidly put their mind on Confucius, and think everything base on Confucius. I hope they can be more pragmatic, and think for the best of Chinese survival. The only way to deal with racism is to confront it, shying away from it has done nothing but perpetuating it.
But with clear mind, selective objective, and acceptable to others. If you target 1 person, you have to be clear that you target that one person, not everyone in the room. Don't confront with clouded, angry mind; and use racism slur that targeted not only the person that attack you, but everyone. Because It will backfire and hurt you instead.
With "Kung Flu" those people who suffer economically because of Covid 19 will enrage to China. But with "White" racism slur, those white people from all over the world will enrage to you instead.
