Seems LM-10A reusable version is never prepared for the lunar mission?
No. To be realistic, reusable rocket in their current form is only feasible and meaningful in near earth orbit. Anyone bragging about mission beyond earth orbit is BSing regardless how they employ reusability.
And LM-10 always functions as a whole, only for non-reusable missions?
CZ-10 base variant (3 stages) is only for moon mission, therefor non-reusable.
However there is a 70t LEO figure in early paper. This would be a 2 stage CBC configuration similar to Falcon heavy. 70t is expandable mode, but like Falcon heavy if you reduce the demand on payload you get reusable 1st stages. It there a use case for that? Not very much in case of Falcon heavy, so reusable mission is a possibility but not much.
Which means boosters are always not reusable?
See above.

NASA ISP calculator puts FH performance beyond LEO at around CZ-7A or Atlas levels when reusing the side boosters. This would go for CZ-10 as well. It's absolutely not feasible, you need every bit of performance.
