CZ-10B doesn't seem to be affected by the "typhoon", primary window is still July 10th 12:40 pm and backup is same time the day after.

Is the Mengzhou going to sit on top of the CZ-10B or will be a satellite payload?

As I understand it, the first Mengzhou orbital launch will be done by a CZ-10A later this year.

CZ-10B this time will be a different payload.
