A recap of the lecture: Chang'e-6 will be launched in 2025, Chang'e-7 in 2026 , and Chang'e 8 in 2028. The new-generation manned spacecraft and lunar lander are being developed. The new-generation manned spacecraft can send three astronauts into the orbit around the moon and return to the earth, and the lunar lander can carry two astronauts to the surface.

The lecture also touched on the new heavy rockets and deep space exploration programs, which have been extensively covered on this thread.

on Tiangqin-1. A summary in English is below.

The "Tianqin-1" technical verification satellite recently passed the inspection and acceptance of the National Space Administration. The satellite was jointly developed by Aerospace Dongfanghong Satellite Corp, Sun Yat-sen University, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It was launched into orbit on December 20, 2019 on a Long March 4B carrier rocket, and it has for the first time measured and obtained global gravity field data. The satellite's performance has been beyond expectations. The successor satellite, named "Tianqin-2", is expected to be ready for launch in early 2026.

Should we create a new thread that specifically deals with global space forces, the militarization of space and China's participation in the 2nd Space Race and the new frontier?

Are you suggesting one thread for the topics you listed or separate threads for each topic? I wouldn't mind if we got an annual recap of China's civilian space activities.
