But how many rocket engineers are there in China to be available to support a dozen private rocket companies, half of which were formed in the last 3 years. And the state programs are also in expansion mode too, so they have to be on a hiring spree.
China right now don't have shortage of talent and skilled labor .. its basically overflow in almost all sectors. for example, China produce world's 50 percent Ai talent..

its a new wave of Chinese talent in mainland in all sectors. last year BYD hired 30,000 fresh grads..

China produce more engineers annually than rest of the OECD countries combined..

CNSA engineers team average age is 33 year old.. all these private Chinese companies have former CNSA engineer or member.. some even established their own company ..

and not all companies have trained rocket engineers and technicians, i believe most of the hiring in these private companies are young STEM grads.

Another successful test run of the 130-ton YF-100K engine for the Long March 10 Moon rocket.

A hot test run on four YF-100K engines (staged in parallel) was carried out successfully. The total thrust exceeded 500 tons, which is the highest China has ever attempted in a hot test run. The test verified the first stage performance of the Long March 12 launch vehicle, which is scheduled to fly for the first time later this year.

The first Force-85/YL-85 (原力-85) engine produced by OrienSpace's new engine plant in Wuxi has rolled off the production line. Force-85 is a resusable 85-ton LOX/Kerosene engine intended for the Gravity-2 launch vehicle. Once finished, the engine plant will have the capacity to produce 300 Force-85 engines per year.

According to Peng Haomin, the co-founder and vice president of OrienSpace, the Force-85 engine will soon enter full-system test run phase which, if successful, will next transition the engine to mass production phase.

An interesting proposal on transporting helium-3 from the moon to earth.

China intends to mine the moon for its abundant helium-3, which is a safe and economic fuel for nuclear fusion. To reduce the cost and complexity of shipping helium-3 from moon to earth, an electromagnetically levitated centrifugal launch system has been proposed by a joint team from AVIC and Shanghai Key Laboratory of Deep Space Exploration. It's basically a giant swing arm levitated and driven by electromagnets. The arm releases the cargo at a pre-determined speed and angle to send the cargo into the circumlunar trajectory, which will take the cargo back to earth.

Would like to hear the real sounds. Chinese have the habit of adding loud music to drown out the actual sound. What's the reasons??
