Diamagnetic repulsion.

The tricky part is when part of the object is ferromagnetic.
So, theoretically with a large enough simulator, it should be able to lift a person, provided the person
doesn't have metallic parts in him/her.

We have iron in our bodies. Now if that's enough to cause trouble, I don't know

It should depend on how intense the magnetic field is. But if it can lift objects up in the air then I guess it is pretty strong.

Well, the frog survived. The frog should have some form of iron in its body as well, specifically its blood.
