The 31st institute of the 3rd Academy of CASIC has successfully conducted a powered flight of a certain new type of flight system, creating many international firsts in one fell swoop. The banner indicates a combined cycle engine test flight. Does anyone have more information on this?

in 2018. The 2018 test was ground test.

CASIC is developer of Shenlong 神龙 program. Googling CASIC, it seems that the engine is named 云龙/Yunlong, cloud dragon. CASIC has conducted a test of the precooler for max flow rate in April 2021.

A design patent for a manned lunar rover, a kind of all-terrain vehicle for the moon. It appears to be foldable and can accomodate a single taikonaut. This design is different from the more ambitious and fully enclosed roving laboratory concept unveiled not too long ago.

The slide below shows the previously unveiled concept of a very large lunar rover, or a roving laboratory. In the illustration on the right, it can be seen mounted at the very top. You can see four wheels sticking out, as well as what appear to be three forward facing windows. The roving lab is completely enclosed and can support multiple astronauts on a multi-day mission across the lunar terrain.

At 10AM on October 29th, Beijing time, steel was cut for China's first marine satellite launch platform at the Haiyang shipyard. The ship has a total length of 162.5m, beam of 40m, draft of 8m, and a maximum load capacity of 12,000 tons. It utilizes all-electric propulsion and has a maximum speed of 15 knots. It is expected that after it is put into use at the Oriental Spaceport next year, the maritime launch capability and potential recovery capability of "cold and heat, solid and liquid fuel compatible" can be realized with various modular packages.
Capable of high-precision positioning and allowing a stable launch. The ship can also launch unmanned, launch multiple per sortie and comprehensively protect the rockets before launch. It can also support the operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms, ocean farms, and transport special cargo when not in use.

Why it's called the China's first marine satellite launch platform? There already were space launches from an ocean mobile platform in the Yellow Sea (in 2019 and 2020).

Maybe it's a " Commercial " marine satellite launch platform.
