But the rise in technology also demands a level of responsibility. In this case, I have to sideline China's arguments a bit. China must device some plans and methods to do away with debris.

How about reusable launch vehicles that land back after the launch like SpaceX?

Microsatellites such Elon Musk's Starlink sats, pose more problems than benefits. They number by the hundreds if not thousands. Modern electronic components have limited lifespan, maybe at most 15 years. So who will put the bill in removing those microsats once they reach their end of lives. These microsats should be banned altogether.

Here is a Kurzgesagt presentation how these space junks might lead to catastropic chain reaction that will make future space exploration very difficult for centuries once this space junk problem is not solved.

How about not talking about things you dont know about?

First, Starlink satellites are not microsatellites. They are actually mini-satellites, 100-500 kg and Starlink weights 260kg. Meanwhile Microsatellites are 10-100kg

Again saying things you dont know about. Starlink is a legitimate product which has strong demand from the market. It offers low latency internet and its extremely suitable for rural areas where it is too expensive to build expensive physical infrastructure to provide internet there.
Starlink is booming right now. No worries, people are throwing money at it trying to get access to it.

So who will put the bill in removing those microsats once they reach their end of lives.
Another plain wrong comment.
Starlink sats have their own ion thrusters so SpaceX can actively deorbit them remotely without paying any "bill". In addition, they are placed in low orbit so even if a satellite malfunctions, it will naturally deorbit by itself in max 5 years

Microsats have their own purpose, which is why the market uses them. Only thing that should be banned here is something else, definetely not these sats.

Thats the Kessler syndrome, and there is always a risk of this happening. Plus as I said Starlink is placed in low orbit so even if a collision happens they will still deorbit by themselves in 5 yrs max. And space is huge, these nice graphics you see about how cluttered space is, are all wrong.

Also strange that I dont see you blaming China as it also plans to build a 13000 satellite constellation ala Starlink style

To sum up, your whole post is impressively wrong

So lets go back to the topic now. Chinese space developments

I was speaking more of is this something China could've prevented or is this out of their hands because that thing landed on a civilian road and you can bet that the western media is about to attack China any moments now.
As far as I know, the actual landing position of the booster is strictly calculated. The local government will notify the public to evacuate or not approach the landing area before the booster lands. (I saw relevant news just before. Some local residents filmed a video saying that they received an evacuation notice from the government at noon yesterday and saw the wreckage of the Shenzhou XII spacecraft's fairing fall on the open ground at about 10 o'clock this morning.)
