The twitter (Maria Shagina) was talking about chips from India. So it is not surprising that she did not like their quality.
What were the Russians thinking?
We can expect some anti-Russian propaganda from Ukrainians (and not just from Ukrainians). She claimed that "After 7 years of import substitution, dependency on foreign critical system components and machine tools remains high." (Emphasis added.) Note the seven years.
Then she added "In 2017, Western countries still provided 57% of Russian machine tool imports (based on import value)." So the data she cited was for only three years of import substitution. Is it so surprising that import substitution for machine tools would take longer than three years? What is the situation in Russia today?
So the alleged doctor was being quite deceptive.
Yeah, Shagina is Ukrainian. I have no idea what the Russians think about the Indian or the Chinese chips.
CNSA:
Shenzhou-12 over CZ-2F Y12 was transfered to launchpad at June 9, Wenchang Space Launch center.
shenzhou-12 will be launched at about June 17, sending 3 astronauts to Tiangong-2 Space Station for a three-month stay.
Also, Tianzhou-3 will be launched at September, and Shenzhou-13 at October.
Would Tianzhou-2 be jettisoned or kept?
