But the article that you quoted said "Believed to have 5 meter resolution across the visible and infrared spectrum, little else is known about these satellites."

The article was published in 2020, the satellites (two in a pair) were launched in April 2019. We know that China has launched many different constellations made up of different satellites such as GaoFen which are of both SAR and optic.

The recent pair could be different from the first. The claim from nasaspaceflight.com could be wrong too, but I think it is just an open question for the moment.
