First line says "Warm congratulations to China's first Mars exploration mission"
Second line says "Launch fully successful"

In the CGTN video, Tianwen-1 was shown to has separated from the rocket and has opened its solar panel.

Looks like The Long March 5 has done its job and from now it's all up to Tianwen-1 to complete the journey.
