Anyone know about this weapon? Kinda like some laser device.

Theta is the beam divergence, lambda is the wavelength , W0 is the beam waist. Means a small diameter laser (small waist) with cheap (long wavelength ) media will have a very divergent beam (not usable for long range )

The team behind a "space high-speed docking system" is being awarded. China first successfully docked a Shenzhou spacecraft with Tiangong-1 module back in 2011, so I doubt this award has anything to do with that feat. Instead, this could be for a next-gen system.
