Can we not post useless stuff from Facebook? Especially from places like India and Philippines.
Frankly, I would be embarrassed to use AI-generated caricatures in a formal academic setting, especially in uniform. Not exactly the messge you want to be sending as a sober professional charged with defending your country. Is your job to make memes, or to win wars?

My take, most of tourist and visitor that will benefits are those who have relative residing here and low income earner who want to emigrate (with $300,000 you can open a business. buy a car and a house and even a wife)While Most Chinese middle class who is the main target of the policy prefer Thailand, SK or Japan than visiting a shithole 3rd world country.

That exercise area includes Huangyan Island, which China had declared to be a natural reserve a few months ago. Also, it should be noted that this coincides with the ASEAN Summit 2026, of which the Philippines is the host country.
I suspect this may be a smokescreen for the Pinoys to attempt military actions on the island and utilize it as a geopolitical tool against China during the subsequent summits later this year. Beijing must be on alert for this development.
