Huh? They had the J-27A. Newer set. As for Pakistan/India, the Indian air force was able to do some serious damage against Pakistani bases towards the end of the skirmish, neutralising Chinese air defense gear. Chinese gear looks cool on paper and at Zhuhai, but it's all propaganda. China's bark is far worse than its bite.

You have an established pattern of baiting posts -- either that, or you genuinely don't have the literacy to have these discussions in an informed manner.

Given your established pattern going back years now, you are being permanently banned.

Philippines now allows 14-day visa-free entry for Chinese visitors. The policy is is valid for one year.

MANILA, Philippines — Starting Jan. 16, Chinese nationals will be allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay of up to 14 days, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced on Thursday. “Chinese nationals traveling to the Philippines strictly for tourism or business purposes may avail of the new visa-free entry privilege. The said privilege allows for a non-extendable 14-day stay, which is non-convertible to any other type of Philippine visa category,” said the DFA.

“The visa-free entry arrangement will be in effect for one year and will be reviewed accordingly before it expires,” it added.

My take, most of tourist and visitor that will benefits are those who have relative residing here and low income earner who want to emigrate (with $300,000 you can open a business. buy a car and a house and even a wife)While Most Chinese middle class who is the main target of the policy prefer Thailand, SK or Japan than visiting a shithole 3rd world country.

Kinda ironic to see these two back to back

Though the exercise area is alarming if real. I do not recall something like this before.

That exercise area includes Huangyan Island, which China had declared to be a natural reserve a few months ago. Also, it should be noted that this coincides with the ASEAN Summit 2026, of which the Philippines is the host country.

I suspect this may be a smokescreen for the Pinoys to attempt military actions on the island and utilize it as a geopolitical tool against China during the subsequent summits later this year. Beijing must be on alert for this development.
