I'm mystified, USAID had stop their funding, why are they still operating? From reports I'm getting, aside from Soros ( this article is one of the offshoot) they may have received money from Marcos affiliates cronies. You won't see any criticism in their article about the Marcos administration which is strange cause it's Raison de etre is to challenge them.
USAID did stop their funding. Except USAID was absorbed into the State Department under Rubio. So if they are getting funding, it would be directly from the State Department and not USAID. The Trump Admin is basically cherry-picking which parts of USAID programs to keep alive.
