Here's a headline from the rabid right wing press, the express.

Just what is Australia think it's doing? Great ways of antagonize your biggest trading partner. Do they really think Australians would go to war with China?

Is Australia such a suicidal country? And here's the question for the general public, would they go to war alone against China?
If the answer is no, then they are only so brave in beating the wardrum because they are hiding behind USA's coat tail!

I am also getting a hunch that short skirmishes in south china sea is probable in late 2020. It might be triggered by minor accidents like collision of ships or shooting down of US spy planes in the region. A lot of scope of false falg incidents before the US election to ensure trump victory or delaying the election.

Which is why I've kept reiterating the need to be fully mobilized in the event of major hostile action by the US and company, any start of war will be by their hands, not China's.

The educated and scientific community view such claims as mental retardation, so it is good that China has not made it but the US has. At the G7, the US attempt at calling COVID-19 the Wuhan virus was blocked by the other 6 members. At the UN security meeting, America's attempt to blame China was opposed by all 13 other members. This isn't a PR failure on China's part; this is the US acting like a raging child and being laughed at while China acts like a mature adult. Of course, there will always be very low IQ people, mostly Trump's support base, that are energized by such insults and wild claims. The goal should never be to lower yourself to appeal to that level of people.

As of a couple days ago, from CNN trump's quotes, in many occasions, the less coronavirus tests the better which will decrease the infected rates and death rates; the virus will die away naturally! this guy is an absolute moron. he's got no sense, any sense!

With trump's nonsense more American people will suffer, unfortunately.

For those who really care, WHO is trying to establish where the origin of the virus comes from. It is dependent on science, not on big mouth! Trump's withdrawn from WHO! Why?

Nowadays, there is not much the West can do except accusing China of setting up debt traps. The article is written in a very condescending manner, as though the countries that took Chinese loans did not know better and could not make the best choice for themselves. Typical white man's burden mentality.
China doubles loans to 68 nations, further tightening grip
Tally over past four years puts it on par with World Bank as lender

They withdraw from WHO but still want to help Taiwan get in...

They mind into other people's business, boss around in the South China Sea when they have zero claim to the entire area, but isn't even a signing member of the treaty!

They broke their own deal with Iran but still expects Iran to live up to its end of the deal even after America resumed sanctions!

They arming Taiwan even though recognizing One China was the prerequisites to formal diplomatic and trade relations with China, yet Trump still demands China lives up to the Trade 1 Phase deal agreements!

They abuse the Dollar status as reserve currency, been milking that for decades, yet label China as the currency manipulator!

They brag about having "CLEAN NETWORKS" yet were caught spying on Germany's leadership, with their VAULT7 and PRISM and other programs exposed as systematic spying on allies and enemies alike... then turn around and ban a dancing video app on the grounds of National Security... but want a cut of the transactions after they forced TikTok to sell to Microsoft!

They killed/murdered over a million innocent Muslims using a fake WMD pretext which itself was an extension of another false flag op... yet now pretend to care about Muh Ughers in China's own XinJiang when it gives them an opening to destablize China and cause trouble for the Belt and Road!

Some of their US Senators have even let it slip that Hong Kong is an internal matter to the United States of America!

Im calling it now, US, UK, Aus, India and possible Japan and TW

October, SCS...

@MrCrazyBoyRavi

In a famous quotes often seen here, 'time will tell'. I certainly hope not, but it is not down to China. China will never start anything here, the first move is with the USA, and it depends how desperate is our POTUS in clinging on to power I guess.

It seems that America is becoming more like China, but with far more reach and diplomatic capital. China is losing one of its advantages, and needs to do something novel and unexpected in order to regain the momentum.

Well US is doing the ‘salami slicing’ tactic using PRC playbook. US is testing China redline.
PRC gov not prepared for this "war'. It seems PRC gov don't know what to do exactly.

Redline for what? War?
PRC gov not prepared for this "war'.
How do you define "prepared?" From a result-oriented perspective or by how many moves are made?
It seems PRC gov don't know what to do exactly.
Not everything requires reaction, especially if the stimulus does not achieve a notable or desired effect. As a wannabe PR connoisseur, what would you do? As a reaction to what?
