None of that helps if China's foreign policy gets its products banned from world markets. I fully support China's industrial policy. But they think 1 km sq. meters of land in Galwan valley is more important than a market of 1.4 billion Indians.
Everybody here, including all the Indians, think that every square km of land is worth fighting for. Territory is forever; spats come and go. Besides, China had no choice but to fight back when tested by India's incursion; we did not enter India to start a fight.
No company in its right mind would want to be tied to such a suicidal government, it doesn't matter how many subsidies it gets.
No person in his right mind blames his own country for the temper tantrum of a hostile nation that took a beating from the trouble they started. Suicidal is India's government starting conflicts only for the other side to finish.

Instead of assuming that everyone is as spineless and greedy as yourself, why don't you check to see if any Chinese companies want to jump ship? You'd be surprised to find that not only are they proud forever to be Chinese, they are proud to bleed for China. Their real actions prove your hanjian conjecture wrong.

As a rising power, China almost inevitably will experience what is currently happening to her. Inevitable! In fact, I would be totally shocked if China is not experiencing this. It's not about bad policies, but totally about human nature.

When you improve so quickly, you will make a lot of people unhappy and uncomfortable. Those, whom you pass up, will be unhappy. You begin to cut away pieces of interests that used to belong to them. what do you do? Give up your own interests to please others? You can't do that.

You begin to take charge. That makes a lot of people unhappy. Those, who used to higher up than you, are not happy that you are telling them what to do now. Those, who were similar as you, are also not happy. You guys used to be drinking buddies and drink bad liquor together and complain about those rich and evil bastards. Now you are rich but he's still poor. No one will be happy with you. Just think of a situation when one of your co-workers, whom you always have lunch with, is suddenly promoted to become your manager. I bet the entire office will be upset. I also bet that you won't have lunch with him anymore. I also bet that you will see him as this undeserving bastard who must have played some dirty tricks to get the position.

China is now at this stage. There is nothing China can do to change that. The only thing China can do now to make everyone happy is to go back to the old ways when China was poor and pathetic. Is that an option for China and the Chinese people? I don't think so. Just suck it up and bite the time until everyone gets used to the fact that China is a superpower. This is a painful and uncomfortable stage when you are everyone's target. Because you are so powerful, no one will feel sorry for you. Everyone feels that you've used all kinds of dirty tricks to get what you have and that you are undeserving of everything you have. But this is only human nature. Every individual who has risen up from below must experience this.

Not true, there is plenty China could do

- Not pass the HK "security" law
- Not lock up Uighurs in camps/whatever you want to call them
- Settle the border dispute with India
- Settle the SCS dispute with Vietnam/Philippines

People were willing to welcome China taking charge, until now... that's what you nationalists refuse to see. You keep saying that if China did the above things, the world will only demand more of China, when in reality it would have helped China's image greatly.

... after adapting western thinking and measure itself with western standards.

Great, let's discuss "Western standards" and "Western thinking," shall we?

First, let's begin by discussing American standards, since you seem to be an American. So where shall we start...? How about the beginning? Here's a country which began (quite literally) in genocide of the natives. Then came racial slavery. I underlined the word "racial" because this was specific to Anglo-Americans, who literally invented this concept. Other cultures/civilizations had slavery too, but the concept of a racial-based slavery (with its associated 'racial hierarchy') was invented by you and your forefathers specifically. Then you guys exported this concept to the rest of the planet, making other people racist along the way. So that's the history of the Anglo-American Empire, because that's what America is, an extension of the British Empire.

Let's also discuss what you think the word "Western" means. Because Americans have a funny relationship with this word. You're quick to use it whenever it's convenient. But you can't adopt an identity without inheriting all its baggage. As soon as someone brings up Colonialism or Hitler etc. the first reaction of Americans is "that's not 'us,' those were crazy Europeans." On the other hand, when someone mentions Galileo, well, then every American is a "Westerner." (By the way, 'Westerners' didn't invent Modern Science, you got that from Ibn al-Haytham. You're welcome.)

We can also discuss more contemporary matters. How about the systematic rape of the planet's ecosystem that is happening today? Can anyone deny that its your globalized Western 'Capitalistic' ethos (which you've exported all over the planet) that is solely responsible for all the catastrophic damage to the environment? How many species will go extinct because of 'Westernism,' by the time your civilization finally limps into its second dark age? How many rain forests will be destroyed? How many great patches of plastic islands will you leave behind in the world's oceans as floating monuments of consumeristic debauchery?

Anyone with a history as blood ridden as yours, who goes around the internet lecturing others on the superiority of 'Westernism' actually requires denial as a strategy. Without denial, you wouldn't be able to function. If you came face to face with the actual reality of what the word "Western" means (and were strong enough to actually face that abyss) you'd freeze, and then head straight to the shower to try and wash away all the phantom blood from this identity which you are so arrogantly wearing.

That is pure fantasy BS. China and the world doesn't revolve around whatever the popular western liberal MSM demands.

Wang jingwei, how about no.
China will pass whatever law is in her interest.
Will lock up any criminal elements as she likes regardless of ethnicity or religion. At least it's not in a different country
India will sign a border agreement once they acknowledge they lost and agree China's terms
Vietnam can drop this illegal claims and Philippines as well then China will let them fish in SCS.

Your soft image is worthless. Every step you recommend erodes the nation, it's sovereignty, and its strength, basically everything China's rivals want to see. Every time the West is happy, it is because China is hurting itself; when they are alarmed, you bet China's growing stronger. That's how hostile rivals behave, and that's how you know China's doing right.

1. Hong Kong was going to hell in a hand-basket and a cesspool of foreign intelligence and anti-China activity. It cannot be tolerated anymore nor should it have ever been.
2. Terrorists need to be locked up.
3. We'll settle it in our favor. Your "settle" means whenever the other side advances, we retreat, endlessly.
4. See 3.

If China did what you said, there would be no point in development. A nation that always gives up is not worth investing in and growing. There is no instance in history of any country, empire, or entity coming into power by policy of appeasement, ever. Your defeatist attitude with puppy-dog desire to be liked by everyone is not for China nor will China ever take that path. You have no choice but to live with it and watch China prosper doing the opposite of everything you want. I don't believe you're Chinese at all, or maybe you're Falun Gong or some garbage like that.

People were willing to welcome China taking charge, until now...
What?? Who and when?? The world was gonna give China America's crown until they saw that China was a meanie? LOLOL

Pretty much, yeah.
Can you answer the who, and when, as well as find some sources? Cus it sounds like you live in your own imaginary world, you don't understand English, or your brain just fell into a blender.

And no, the Chinese market (which will only shrink and get smaller in the future, as China's population will plunge in coming decades) is not more important than the world market. 80% of the world is outside China.
Just saw you added this to your last post. So, first of all, China's population is not set to plunge, but it may decrease modestly. That will be far more than offset by the per capita spending power increase making the prospects of China's market growth by far the strongest in the world. So China's market, at least within the next few decades, is showing a strong upward trend as a percentage of the world market. The second part is your assumption that 80% of the world market is one market. It's actually about 200 countries, very very few of which will inevitably have temporary conflicts and economic clashes with China while the rest are happy to trade with China.

Tidalwave learned to use a VPN?
What I don't get about that guy is why he's such a fan of the DF-41. He went and made a game about it

Seems out of character for him. You'd think he'd advocate for China's total unilateral nuclear and conventional disarmament. It's not nice to threaten people who want to nuke you with retaliation after all, and being a doormat in international relations is the tidalwave way.
