Me again ... in fact the 95th more or less just recently gained J-11BGs and I heard other rumours, it would rather more likely be one of the next to get J-20As similar to the 1st AB at Anshan, which also transitioned from J-11B/BG to J-20A.
Most likely it's the 83rd - which operating JH-7A based at Hangzhou - undergoing conversion training at Rugao. Someone on Weibo identified one of the officers is from the 83rd.
In the news it mentioned that the training was conducted at an airbase located in the North of Jiangsu Province. That's why a lot of people thought the unit would be the 95th, but in fact any part of the Jiangsu province located north of the Yangtze river can be called such.

I know I’m far from the first who’s seen this (I saw it from Deino’s Twitter ) but the photo seems interesting enough, and so far I don’t think there’s any kind of consensus on what this object is.

Personal guess at this point is that this is a J-11B or BS (angled top of vertical stab & stepped wingtip pylon) testing out something at a dedicated testing facility (note all the different kind is aircraft’s in the background ranging from J-7 to J-11 to something I don’t even recognize in the left of the picture, JH7 or JL10 maybe? My guess rn is Yanliang, but that’s basically a shot in the dark because Yanliang is literally the only place I can think of for this many different jets to be together)
