@tch1972, if I'm not incorrect, doesn't the Spike (as a system) weigh a bit over 50 kg? Seems a bit heavy to me, but than again, it's a 170 mm missile with advanced guidance and NLOS capabilities which is better than what Russia and the US has come up with. In any case, it'd be fair to say that it isn't exactly mobile without a vehicle? In which case, the same problem encountered by the Iraqis with the Sagger would more than likely occur.

I'm pretty sure the Sagger is a much smaller and definitely man portable system. Not aware of what problems the Iraqis had with it, other than it being ineffective against modern MBTs.

50kg I believe is the LR version which is helicopter mounted. The MR version is man portable.

missile canister itself weighs about 15kg and one crew will carry 2 on a specially designed backpack. While the other crew will backpack the CLU, TM, battery and tripod. This itself weighs about 13kg in total.

We do have vehicle but on some scenarios where there are danger of ambush or terrain constraints, we do dismounted role where you expect to march with infantry in a movement to contact with "enemy".

coincidence? during the 2006 hezbollah-israel war, hezbollah claim to recover one spike ATGM(-missile and CLU),israel did admit one spike ATGM are unaccount, persume fell into hezbollah hand.,judging from the size of AFT-11 missile, the dimension match that of Spike missile.
could the technology of AFT-11,a clone copy of spike?
all PLA ATGM has foreign origin, according to Chinese own admission, both HJ-73 (sagger)and HJ-8 (swingfire) come from egypt,HJ-9 (MAPAT) come from israel.Hj-10 laser seeker come from russia.

If so then something is missing - by the food chain Hezbollah is support and supplied by Iran, then it should've been the Iranian not the Chinese made the clone...

On what basis do you say that? Iran's defense industry is the second most advanced in the region after Israel. They have some fantastic engineering universities doing top-notch research.
