During the Kosovo War NATO fighters hit even what they suspected were decoys because they had to be sure. So it does work especially since a lot of Serb armor actually survived at the end of the conflict.

I'm aware of that but that's over a decade ago and the various types of sensors have only become more available and sensitive. I guess depending on the cost of a decoy vs the munitions used to destroy it, it might still be worth it even if it only works occasionally.

That is not a TEL vehicle and i never seen that cannister before. It seems to have ICBM size. JL2 ? its possible, who knows?

Well there looks to two heavy vehicles in line in that shot. The one in front just looks like a normal heavy cargo truck, you can even just about make out the stuff it has stacked in the flatbed.

The ICBM is sitting on something almost entirely obscured by the truck in front of it, but you can make out the squares off front cab and the extra wheels underneath the front truck.

Because of how complete the ICBM carrier is obscured by the truck (which I very much doubt was accidental and was probably why this picture was leaked) it impossible to tell if it is a TEL or just a missile carrier. However, the general layout and the super heavy duty wheels you can see under the truck would suggest off road capable TEL to me, and the general layout reminds me more than a little of the Russian Topol-M TEL.

You are right. There is a TEL vehicle behind that truck, and thats where the cannister is. Going by the squares, it seems similar to the one that appeared on the NK parade, and on a chinese road recently. The cannister really seems like the soviet/russian topol, never seen before on china.
