Where are you getting that figure from?! I mean, even a very casual sense check will show that to be clearly nonsense because the US entire GDP was only 20 trillion in 2020.
I think he might be referring to the an aggregate number that spans a few decades or maybe 50 years. Accounting for the inflation and stuff, it's plausible.

No, It’s an accounting and auditing problem. Basically questionable or unclear adjustments made to the asset side as well as the liability side are added together as unaccounted for even though they offset earth other. The same applies to internal transfers that are counted multiple times even though the underlying amount stays the same. So unaccounted money isn’t the same as money spent. And that’s why the pentagon failed the audit.

I think this is a great idea for China. Expanding silo infrasturcture can keep the Americans guessing and attract enemy fire. 145 silos require at least 300 warheads to destroy. If China is building cheap decoy silos as well, this will draw a lot of warheads away from the cities.

To be fair, the major cities and important targets will still be hit. However, small to medium sized cities may survive because of this.
