Chinese fighters have always had exceptional underside silhouettes (J-20, J-15, and now J-36 and J-50/XDS), so I'm not surprised. I attribute this to China's willingness to explore new aerodynamic flight profiles than the standard tailplane designs.
Its only the J-35 that looks a bit vanilla.
Why are they taking photos of the camera screen instead of uploading the image?
Usually for safety reasons. They don't want to risk getting invited for tea so they either turn down the resolution or do it like this.
