Brigadier
magine that Chinese troops were sent abroad to protect B&R infrastructure projects, only to have 608 of them maimed or killed through attacks sponsored by a third-party terror group. Now imagine that this terror group was led by a singular "commander" who is arrogant and comfortable enough to carry out his evil deed without so much as shrugging at the possibility of a PLA reprisal. How much "rage" would you have then? The Chinese brass would have no problem sending in a CH-4 to blow the terrorist's brains out.
In fact, they almost did in real life when a drug dealer kidnapped a few Chinese sailors along the Mekong River.
Why do you call yourself "SinoSoldier" when you obviously have no understanding of how China thinks or operates?
Chinese citizens have been working in high risk regions of the world for decades. Chinese Peacekeepers have given up their lives in numerous UN Peacekeeping operations. How many extra-territorial attacks have China engaged in? ZERO!
When drug dealers killed 13 Chinese sailors along the Mekong, China worked with Myanmar, Thailand and Laos to jointly patrol the river and investigate the massacre. Thai soldiers implicated in the massacre were arrested by Thai authorities, not Chinese. The perpetrator was captured by Laos authorities and extradited to China for trial. At no point did China launch a unilateral action to protect its interests.
