Well, unfortunately in the real world there are often problems without solutions. In those cases, if you cannot do anything to make things better, the best you can do is to resist doing something to make it worse.

In a way, relentless western negative propaganda against China is working against itself. Most westerners just automatically tune it out as more of the same, and it will naturally drop off the news cycle within days or a week at most. It’s only when China responds that people actually pay attention to the stories. That is why China has been rather strategic in what it responds to officially so long as its core red lines are being being touched aka Taiwan.

But this is really a short to medium term problem that is actually resolving itself.

I have long side that soft power is only at most an enhancement of raw hard power, and you cannot make up for the loss of hard power with soft power bullshit lies in the long term.

As your hard power position deteriorates more and more, you need to tell bigger and bigger lies just to maintain your past positions. But when your lies become more and more divorced from reality, eventually even the most die hard brainwashed true believers start to doubt the party line, when enough people start to realise is this when you start to suffer massive internal political upheaval. Just look at the havoc Trump caused with made up BS. Now imagine if what they were rioting about was a real government conspiracy and cover up.

They are already well on its way to happening, we are lucky in that social media allows us a glimpse of how little western MSM is trusted even in the west despite the very best efforts of the US controlled social media companies to censor such sentiment and CIA run spam bots flooding the comments.

Excellent points. Thanks for answering. I agree with the soft power is an extension of hard power.

And yes, as you said some problems dont have a solution. Let them lie to their population and cause internal instability

DW is a transatlanticist propaganda and misinformation outlet. A lot of the German media is heavily infiltrated by US agents and neocon/neolib Quislings that do the bidding of the US in Germany. Please remember that Germany is still being occupied by the US. Russia should have insisted that the US withdraw from Germany by 1994.

I have consistently said China changed their messaging in Galwan and it worked. How come you didn't answer my question about What would you have done it you didn't think it was successful? Stop being such a hypocrite buddy and take it easy. People will take you more seriously that way.

Very good points indeed. I would like to add that I wouldn't mind seeing some medial response debunking The DW documentary. Eg. The Xiaomi issue was deliberately down my US pawn Lithuania to try and hurt china asymmetrically. But a recent analysis shows that the code was more for ad blocking. I think it would be helpful if the Chinese media sent out a video debunking these lies. Even if Europeans don't see it, it's present and Cian had a response to it. I feel it's still important to have some media response in that regard. Thoughts?

Who's deflecting? I was responding to your claim that Xi can order Chinese companies not to bribe foreign officials. I wasn't responding to anything else you were writing.

Your question is nonsensical. I specifically said the release of the video is a retaliation against the Indian government, not a PR stunt.
