best beer ever

What! Tsingdao beer is no where near the top for me. Also Oktoberfest is only for beers from Munich, and like all German beers have to meet purity laws.
Try Alpisbascher, its a pilsner from the town of the same name in the German black forest. That is my favourite beer.
A close second would be the bacon flavoured smoky beer from Bamberg Germany.
No mass produced beer is ever great.
There is an interesting history between Tsingtao Beer and the Germans. TsingTao Beer was founded by German settlers in Qingdao at the time that Germany had forcibly occupied Qingdao (and considered it a colony). The company and beer survived after the Germans left and was one of the first publicly traded companies in China.

That's well known history, still doesn't make it good beer.
This might not be the best beer.
But it is a very good beer.
I bet that anyone here on seeing that beer will feel compelled to buy one and lift that to the lips.
The way I was compelled to when I first saw that, and continue to each time I was at that bar.
